Buddy appears to be a brown doll, with some parts also being blue. The torso area has a large blue area, with a white star with a blue outline surrounding it, most likely to represent a shirt. This shirt area appears to be stitched together to the lower half of the torso, and each arm has a blue part stitched together to another part, supporting the idea that Buddy has a shirt. Each limb, including the head are attached together via ropes, but these ropes can seemingly be stretched infinitely. Buddy appears to have black, plastic beads for eyes, that appear to be glossy. Buddy has a mouth with human-like features, but there appears to be no lips whatsoever.
